Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy on all eyelash products. This means you have 7 days after receiving your eyelash order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your eyelash item must be in the same condition as it was received - unused, unworn, and with the original packaging and any included accessories or tags still intact. You'll also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at houseoflashex00@gmail.com. We'll provide you with the return shipping address and a prepaid return label. Please do not send back any eyelash items without first getting approval from us.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any eyelash products that have been used or worn. Custom or personalized eyelash orders are also non-returnable.
